Founders/Owners
The Simpsons first invested in the Gulf Coast area in 1998, buying their first investment properties on Perdido Key, Florida. Pat's background in building and remodeling and Claudia's eye for interior design gave them a natural edge — they could see potential where others saw problems. After realizing they wanted to make Orange Beach their full-time home, they purchased a house and completely transformed it in 2005. Then years later they purchased a home in the wonderful Orange Beach neighborhood, Terry Cove Harbor, where they currently reside.
Once their two younger children graduated from Gulf Shores High School, Pat and Claudia channeled their deep roots in the community into something bigger — founding Simpson Properties Group. What began as a vacation rental management company steadily grew into a full-service real estate brokerage. Their combined skills in construction, renovation, and design gave clients a distinct advantage, whether evaluating a fixer-upper or staging a home for sale. They built their rental portfolio to well over 100 properties while simultaneously thriving as buyers and sellers in the local market, earning a reputation for integrity, hustle, and an unmatched knowledge of the Gulf Coast.
