This four bedroom, three bath house with private pool is located in the heart of Orange Beach. While much of the home is original, there are many updates, and is perfect for a family or friends getaway to the beach!

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath with walk-in shower original to the home, and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds, while the fourth contains two twin-over-full bunk beds. There is a full bath in the hallway shared by two of the guest bedrooms. The third guest bedroom has it's own private full bath. There are TV's in the master bedroom, one of the queen bedrooms, and of course the den area.

The fully supplied kitchen is partially remodeled with a new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a large pantry for storage, and a full size washer/dryer.

The large family room features an open plan with great views of the dock, canal, and private pool! There is a back concrete patio with a charcoal BBQ grill. There is space for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer in the drive. The waterfront features a boat slip that will accommodate up to a thirty foot boat, and space to tie another boat alongside the dock.

The house is situated at the intersection of 161 and Martinique. If you're looking for a house that is perfect for a fishing week, days on the beach, or several rounds of golf, then this is it. The home is only minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico, and minutes from at least 4 championship golf courses. Bring your bicycles, or rent them here from Infinity Bicycles in Orange Beach. There are miles and miles of bike trails all through the Orange Beach area. It is a short walk or bike trail ride to Happy Harbor, Tacky Jack’s, Doc's, Fisher's, and public beach access. The public boat launch is at the end of marina road, about a mile from the house. Tanger Outlet stores are a 15-minute ride to the north. There are all types of shopping, family activities, movies, and live concerts at the Wharf complex, about a three-mile trip.
Grocery stores are close by. You can venture further out to explore Pensacola, and Mobile, each about an hour away by car. The towns of Foley and Gulf Shores offer additional nearby entertainment and shopping experiences. There are outstanding restaurants and golf courses in all directions.

    Nice home; clean. We loved the pool and nearby restaurants and entertainment. Traffic wasn't nearly as bad as Destin. Spent mast of time in pool.
